Displaying Olfactory Receptors of the Opossum
Using whole-genome computational data mining we determined the complete OR repertoire out of
the opossum (monodelphis domestica) genome. We identified 1519 ORs, of which
40.7% are pseudogenes. Based on HORDE nomenclature system a symbol was assigned to each of the
opossum ORs.
